Peekr VR プライバシーポリシー
Peekr VR（以下「本アプリ」）は、お客様のプライバシーを最優先に設計されています。
本アプリは、利用者の個人データを収集・送信・解析する機能を一切持ちません。
1. 収集しない情報
本アプリは以下を含むいかなる個人情報も収集・外部送信しません。
- 氏名、メールアドレス、アカウント情報
- 端末識別子、広告ID、位置情報
- 利用統計、行動ログ、クラッシュレポート
本アプリには解析・広告・トラッキングのための仕組みが組み込まれていません。
2. 端末内に保存される情報
本アプリは、利用者の利便性のため以下を「お客様の端末内」にのみ保存します。これらが外部のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
- NAS（ネットワークストレージ）への接続設定（ホスト名・ユーザー名・パスワード・ドメイン）
- お気に入り、ショートカット、表示設定などのアプリ設定
これらの情報はアプリ専用の保存領域に置かれます。
3. ファイルへのアクセスについて
本アプリは、漫画・画像・動画を表示するために端末内のファイルへアクセスします。読み込み方法はファイルの種類によって異なります。
- 写真・動画は、Androidの標準的なメディアアクセス権（写真・動画への読み取り許可）を用いて読み込みます。これは他の写真・動画アプリと同じ仕組みで、お客様の許可が必要です。
- 漫画アーカイブ（ZIP / RAR / CBZ / CBR / 7z / TAR）など、メディア以外のファイルは、お客様ご自身に対象フォルダを選んでいただく方式（Androidの「フォルダ選択」＝Storage Access Framework）で読み込みます。本アプリがアクセスできるのは、お客様が選んだフォルダの中だけです。
本アプリは「すべてのファイルへのアクセス」権限（MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE）は使用しません。本アプリがファイルに対して行うのは「表示のための読み取り」のみで、お客様のファイルを収集・複製・アップロード・送信・改変することはありません。
4. ネットワーク通信について
本アプリの通信は、お客様ご自身が設定したNAS（SMB）との接続に限られます。本アプリが、開発者やその他の第三者のサーバーと通信することはありません。
5. データの削除
本アプリが扱うデータは、すべてお客様の端末内にのみ保存されています。本アプリをアンインストールすると、第2条のデータ（NAS接続設定・お気に入り・各種設定）はすべて完全に削除されます。

6. 第三者への提供
本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、第三者へ提供する情報はありません。
7. お子様のプライバシー
本アプリは、年齢を問わず利用者から個人情報を収集しません。
8. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。最新版は常に本ページで公開します。

Peekr VR Privacy Policy
Peekr VR ("the App") is designed with your privacy as the top priority.
The App has no functionality to collect, transmit, or analyze any personal data.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect or transmit any personal information, including:
- Name, email address, or account information
- Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or location data
- Usage statistics, behavioral logs, or crash reports
The App contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking mechanisms of any kind.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
For your convenience, the App stores the following data only on your device. This data is never sent to any external server.
- Connection settings for your NAS (network storage): host name, user name, password, and domain
- App settings such as favorites, shortcuts, and display preferences
This data is kept in the App's private storage area.
3. File Access
The App accesses files on your device in order to display comics, images, and videos. How files are read depends on their type.
- Photos and videos are read using Android's standard media access permissions (read access to images and video). This is the same mechanism used by other photo and video apps, and it requires your permission.
- Comic archives (ZIP / RAR / CBZ / CBR / 7z / TAR) and other non-media files are read using Android's folder-selection mechanism (Storage Access Framework): you explicitly choose the folder, and the App can read only within the folder you selected.
The App does not use the "All Files Access" permission (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE). All file access is read-only, for display purposes. The App never collects, copies, uploads, transmits, or modifies your files.
4. Network Communication
The App's network communication is limited to connecting to the NAS (SMB) that you yourself have configured. The App never communicates with servers operated by the developer or any third party.
5. Data Deletion
All data handled by the App is stored only on your device. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all of it (NAS connection settings, favorites, and other app settings).

6. Disclosure to Third Parties
The App collects no personal information, so there is nothing to share with third parties.
7. Children's Privacy
The App does not collect personal information from any user, regardless of age.
8. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be revised as necessary. The latest version is always published on this page.
